This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the use of
the website operated by MATSUMURA Inc. ("we",
"our", or "the Company").

Article 1 – Membership Eligibility

A "Member" refers to an individual or entity who agrees to this Policy and applies for membership to use our Online Store via the Internet, and is granted an ID by the Company. Members must not transfer, lend, sell, or otherwise provide their membership or credentials to any third party.

Article 2 – Amendments to the Policy

We reserve the right to revise this Policy without prior notice. Upon revision, all use of the Online Store shall be governed by the updated Policy.

Article 3 – Membership Application

Applicants shall apply for membership by following the procedures specified by the Company. Minors must obtain the consent of a legal guardian.

  2. 2. The applicant resides outside of Japan.

  5. 5. The applicant has outstanding debts to the Company.
  6. 6. Any other reason deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 4 – Use of Online Store

Use of the Online Store is subject to this Policy, including any amendments made without prior notice.

Article 5 – ID and Password Management

Members are solely responsible for managing their ID and password. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use, mismanagement, or disclosure of credentials. In case of suspected misuse, members must promptly notify the Company and follow instructions.

We recommend changing passwords regularly.

Article 6 – Change of Registered Information

If any registered information changes, members must notify us promptly. All Company communications are deemed delivered based on the last registered contact information.

Article 7 – Handling of Member Information

Personal data and usage records are stored securely and used solely for business purposes. We do not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties except in the following cases:

Article 11 – Suspension of Service

We may temporarily suspend the Online Store without notice due to:

    We are not liable for any damages incurred during such suspension.

Article 12 – Limitation of Liability

For purchases made from third-party vendors on our platform, the Company shall not be party to the contract and assumes no responsibility. For direct purchases from us, our liability is limited to the value of the goods in cases of our fault or hidden defects. We are not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including legal fees or lost profits.

Article 13 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
